Ternary systems provide information on the phases present in certain compositions and at certain temperatures. Established systems can be calculated by using thermodynamic software (eg FactSage), whereas their accuracy depends on the linked databases. The aim of the project is to determine the currently less studied influence of vanadium oxides on the melting behavior of recycled materials with refractory metals.
